At the moment I am studying in Japan, it is here where I find a wealth of culture and adventure. Even though massive cities like Tokyo and Osaka might look very modern and give off a west like feeling, Japanese culture still defines the everyday live in Japan. There is a very clear contrast between the new and the old and it is not uncommon to find a old Shinto temple or Buddhist Shrine between the skyscrapers.
It is this that led me to Japan, it's amazing business culture and working mentality combined with Asian culture and history that is seen and felt in everything that is Japanese. I am proud to be part of the Asian studies program of Kansai Gaidai University in Osaka, Japan.
Here I am experiencing the Japanese working mentality in my daily studies and finding a wealth of knowledge in my current business courses. The culture of japan is also worth exploring, besides the language there many beautiful site's to been seen and to experience. The Sakura (cherry blossom) being one of the best experiences I have had so far.
As my bachelor studies come to an end and my master study will start next year I find there is still much more to learn and to experience in the land of the rising sun.
