Communication is one of the most important things for me. I support organizations to understand better where they are and who they want to be, in order to reduce waste and to maximize the value generated for and by the people.
I’ve joined Cocoon Project where I’ve started caring about agile culture and methodologies.

I have a growing interest in facilitation and design, which has led me to be a co-founder of Verde Pinguino and Unevent. I have been speaker at national and international conferences.
