Matt Ladendorf

A real estate developer with 20 years of experience working on retail projects throughout the American Southwest, Matt Ladendorf serves as president of SBX Holding Company in Phoenix, Arizona. Working with retailers ranging from mobile communications providers to dining services chains, he helps clients by scouting sites and negotiating with regional brokers to obtain real estate in the area where the tenant wishes to develop new locations or relocate existing stores. Throughout his career, Matt Ladendorf has played a role in the development of more than 20 million square feet of retail property, including many large power centers.

Also a principal at the recently established brokerage and development enterprise Echelon Realty Advisors, Mr. Ladendorf helps lead the company in the provision of comprehensive commercial real estate services such as site selection and void analysis reports. Through Echelon, he represents retailers seeking to establish operations in new markets and, in exceptional instances, commercial property owners leasing space in a shopping center.

Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Matt Ladendorf attended the University of New Mexico, where he earned a BS in economics and played on the soccer team. Following graduation, he played soccer professionally for the New Mexico Chiles in the United States Interregional Soccer League, as well as the Albuquerque Geckos in the A-Division of the United Soccer Leagues. Mr. Ladendorf remains involved in the sport as a coach for his children’s soccer clubs.
