Hi there.

As a young boy I grew up with red-stained hands from Howell Mountain's Aiken loam soils. On the weekends, I still keep my hands dirty working on the family vineyard.

Today, my passion is working with wine industry organizations to boost ROI, envision new value added services/products, and to solve big picture problems.

I've been built with a curious mix of a creative/design background coupled with business acumen. My professional life is equally varied: from designing and scoping gardens and public spaces to improving wine quality through vineyard cooling or creating value-added products to increase a wine organization's value.

One of my favorite projects was a multi-year wine quality trial where I led a team of winemakers, vineyard managers, engineers, and viticultarlists to design, implement, and analyze a microsprayer cooling system to keep high-end Cabernet cool during extreme heat events.
