Matt Lerner is the owner of the Frederick Coin Exchange located in Frederick, MD. He has been a coin collector since he was 5 years old and a rare coin and precious metals dealer since he was 16.

He is a Frederick native and a proud alumi of the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Go Badgers!

He is the father to a 2.5 year old red headed Labrador named Charlie who comes to work with him every day at the shop.

Philanthropically, he supports the Salvation Army of Frederick, Middletown Valley Foodbank, Amiercan Numismatic Assocation, Keen, Evening on the Riviera and more.
