I must maintain and handle almost $3 million worth of product and accounts. If I fail to do my job, the base of the company will start to fail. I know how to prioritize my time, job, products, and responsibilities. I help oversee merchandisers and make sure that from the very beginning, our clients are receiving the best work and are completely satisfied. If there is a problem, I address it head on and make sure the issue at hand is cleared up to the satisfaction of all parties. I do not allow work place politics to influence my decisions.
