Matt Minafo is a Director of Strategy & Operations at PTC, a global provider of software solutions that enable industrial companies to drive digital transformation. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President & General Manager of one of PTC’s strategic business units, Matt leads several key activities for this business unit including strategic & financial planning, monitoring of sales forecasts, cross-functional execution of GTM priorities, ad hoc analysis, and preparation for Board of Director & Executive Leadership Team reviews. Additionally, Matt serves as the Chief of Staff for this business unit including management of staff meetings, all-hands, and customer advisory boards.

Prior to PTC, Matt was a Strategy & Analytics Analyst at Red Oak Sourcing, a joint-venture between CVS Health and Cardinal Health that is one of the largest generic pharmaceutical sourcing companies in the United States. In this role, he contributed to strategic planning initiatives for operating executives and the Board of Directors, as well as advanced portfolio analytics leveraging SQL, Tableau, and Excel among other tools.

Prior to Red Oak, Matt was an Asset Management Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Assurance practice where he gained valuable exposure to the financial services and public accounting industries. Prior to PwC, Matt was fortunate to serve for two years at EMC Corporation as a Business Operations Intern. In this role, he leveraged various data tools to analyze and report on a strategic business unit’s financial and operational performance.

Academically, Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in May 2016 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology. During this time, Matt earned the distinction of highest-ranking accounting student after achieving a Cumulative 4.0 GPA. Following graduation, Matt went on to pass all four sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Exam as of May 2018. Throughout his time in college, Matt was active in the Berthiaume Center for Entrepreneurship, Student Government Association, and several student groups.
