Matt Minafo, CPA

Over the past decade, Matt Minafo, CPA has enjoyed a successful professional career at Fortune 500 and S&P 500 companies, as well as in Big Four public accounting. After gaining deep experience across corporate strategy, business operations, and finance, Matt is now leading an early-stage startup as Founder & CEO.

Matt most recently served as Director of Strategy & Operations at PTC, an S&P 500 enterprise software company. During his five years with the company, Matt reported directly to the Divisional Vice President & General Manager of a strategic business unit, leading key activities including strategic & financial planning, monitoring of sales forecasts, cross-functional execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities, business analysis, and preparation for Board of Director & Executive Leadership Team reviews. Additionally, Matt served as the Chief of Staff for this business unit with oversight of extended staff meetings, employee all-hands, and customer advisory boards.

Prior to PTC, Matt was a Strategy & Analytics Analyst at Red Oak Sourcing (a joint venture between CVS Health and Cardinal Health), which is one of the largest generic pharmaceutical sourcing companies in the United States. In this role, he contributed to strategic planning initiatives for operating executives and the Board of Directors, as well as performed advanced portfolio analytics leveraging SQL, Tableau, and Excel. Prior to Red Oak, Matt held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and EMC Corporation (now part of Dell Technologies).

Matt graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology. During this time, he earned the distinction of highest-ranking accounting student and held leadership roles in the Berthiaume Center for Entrepreneurship, Student Government Association, and several student groups.

Following graduation, Matt went on to pass all four sections of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam, and he is currently a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
