Matt Pana has performed in 2 countries and traveled 11,000 miles by ground as drummer for the band Mitchell Grey.
In their first year alone, the band generated 1000+ Twitter followers, 3000+ Facebook likes, and 100,000+ views on their YouTube channel. The dedication of their fans can be summarized in one event, fundraising $5000 in just 48 hours through Kickstarter (in total crossing the $8,000 mark).
They also achieved major success on the road, garnering fan bases in major cities including Toronto and New York. Opening for musical acts such as Us The Duo (Vine/Republic Records) and Tori Kelly (Scooter Braun/Capitol Records). The culmination of these travels would later give birth to their debut album On The Stellar Way.
In 2013, Matt ventured into new territory, adding a microphone to his repertoire as the host of LIKEWISE on iTunes Podcasts. Each week, he sits down in-person with independent artists and entrepreneurs. Matt also returned to his roots as drummer for the award-winning Wyland, and extended his brand even further as an avid YouTube vlogger.
Matt’s latest mission has been to inspire and cultivate global communities. He is pursuing a career as a marketing/communications professional, seeking to engage millennials through organizations such as Kollaboration, UniPro, and IW Group, Inc. Today, he currently works with the United Nations Development Programme as a Communications Consultant.
