I am an historian, learning technologist and the digital resources manager for the School of Advanced Study (University of London), providing research skills tuition, access to open access repositories, and support for projects such as The Human Mind Project and Passage.

My research interests are in intellectual history of the sixteenth century (particularly focused on Britain). Specifically, I am engaged in ideas around the authentication of knowledge in early modern writings, with particular focuses on reformation histories and early 'how-to' manuals.
