An accomplished Real Estate Developer, Matt Piell possesses a wide variety of real estate experience in the southeastern region of the United States. Matt Piell got his start in real estate in 1993 when he accepted an offer to join principal developer Hap Gwaltney and Daniel Realty on the Greystone project, which established one of the leading Golf Course Community Developments in Alabama. Thanks to the efforts of Matt Piell and others, the Greystone project evolved into a community featuring more than 750 homes and a Senior PGA tournament golf course. Shortly after the completion of the project, Matt Piell left to pursue his own business ventures. Matt Piell drew upon this marketing experience to transform companies with small revenues into large, lucrative businesses, eventually resulting in the sale of several companies. After assuming a managing role with a real estate company in 2002, Matt Piell successfully garnered a 110-unit apartment complex on southern coast of Biloxi, Mississippi. Soon thereafter, Matt Piell procured and developed a number of properties along the coast of Alabama and Mississippi. During a stint as the owner of his own real estate company, Matt Piell specialized in buying properties at well below market value and developing them into profitable family housing units, high rise condominiums, and commercial real estate. Matt Piell also performed real estate development work in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he secured and managed ski front property and the Ski Time Square. Today, Matt Piell and his partners are working on a number of projects in Waveland and Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
