Matt Rosen

Matt works on developing and handling the data behind major mobile collaborative networks freely accessed by hundreds of millions of people worldwide. A student at Bergen County Academies in the Academy of Technology and Computer Science, Matt is an Internet entrepreneur and currently works as a Data/Scaling guy at Reddit mobile. Matt also worked on the mobile database for the Shadowserver Foundation, which tasks itself with hunting botnets. In February of 2010 and 2011, with his family and friends, Matt traveled to Cambodia to focus on building educational systems that help people work together to improve the world. An adamant believer that technology supports human development, Matt believes that strong ambition leads to strong successes.

More technically oriented, Matt is fluent in SQL, PHP, Haskell, Lisp (common), Scheme, and Erlang. He is somewhat comfortable developing in Delphi, C, R, jQuery, and Ruby. He is an expert in Hadoop mobile development and mySQL mobile data/scaling development, specializing in the Android OS. He is comfortable with Mac OSX, Winows XP/7/8, Linux, Ubuntu, Unebootin, and Backtrace OS.Matt continues to work at in the field of public service, developing applications for the KhmerOS project, which seeks to help with Cambodian computational education. He supports educational reform and environmental conservation worldwide.
