Mr. Sebanc is founder of DominiQ Resources, who has accumulated many valuable contacts within the industry and his background provides a source of knowledge and resource for DominiQ. Mr. Sebanc has worked in the identification and acquisition of investment offerings relative to the oil and gas industry. He has been involved in the selection of numerous drilling prospects and reviewed the geological, geophysical and reservoir engineering reports for multiple wells. Mr. Sebanc, is also the co-founder and director of a separate company called DominiQ Operating, Inc., an independent oil and gas operator who does business within the state of Kentucky. Since 2005 Mr. Sebanc has been an independent oil and gas consultant with experience including, but is not limited to, drilling operations supervisor, field operations management, oil and gas accounting, land/lease/equipment appraisal, well operation evaluations, investor relations, contract negotiations, and marketing programs management. His dedication to creating long lasting relationships with investors built on a foundation of honest communication is the keystone of how Matt runs his life and business. Prior to 2005, Mr. Sebanc has had a successful career as an experienced business owner in the automotive industry. Matt has also enjoyed tremendous success in fitness industry where he was named as a top US Male Fitness Model for several international publications and events.
