I’m living in Southern California and very passionate about healthcare marketing. I believe marketing is far older than we give it credit, it started centuries ago with word of mouth. For years, we have heard opinions and suggestions from others, and ultimately it can cause a desire within ourselves. Successful marketing builds loyalty and engagement. Understanding the needs of the patient, physician, and referring physician can address all their concerns and help bridge any miscommunication between the parties. Building long lasting relationships with people can be the best reward in a successful business.A patient or referring physician that has a consistently strong experience with a provider is far more likely to become an evangelist.
