Maureen Jenner

Carmarthenshire in south-west Wales

A seasoned campaigner for justice; I'm prepared to take each day as it comes, but I dislike exploitation in any form. Much of my time in the last twenty years has been spent in trying to help those who, for one reason or another, and no fault of their own, have encountered difficulties in helping themselves.

My garden, created over the last fifteen years, has emerged from the field in which my bungalow was built on a hillside high above the Towy estuary some thirty years ago. The wildlife it attracts, being a bonus.

Reading and writing are twin obsessions that engage me 24/7, with time out for occasional shopping expeditions and the odd bit of DIY, photography, and indulging in my passion for cookery, with gardening as a seasonal option.
