Namaste!! I'm Maurice Oduor a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in guiding individuals on their journey to physical and mental well-being. I am proud to be a certified yoga instructor, having completed extensive training programs to ensure the highest quality of instruction for my students. My credentials include:

• The 2013 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from a RYS 200, Africa Yoga Project, and Baptise Affiliate Studio partnership.
• Reiki Level I and II with the International Association of Reiki-2013
• Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training for 2-7 yr olds with Next Generation Yoga-2013
• Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training for 8-13 yr olds with Next Generation Yoga-2013
• Level One Teacher Training with Baptiste Power Yoga Institute-2009
• Level Two Teacher Training with Baptiste Power Yoga Institute (The Sannyasin's Journey)-2009
• Graduated from the 5 year Africa Yoga Project Academy 2016
• Yoga for the Special Child ( The Sonia Sumar Method)-2015
