Hey gamers! Welcome to my little slice of heaven! My name is Maverick. Yes, just like the movie Top Gun! No, I have not seen Goose, though that is a very funny joke! I definitely have not heard it thousands of times! I’m a student living in Toronto, ON, Canada. I am studying Sport Media at Ryerson University and am a graduate of Port Perry High School. It should be no surprise that I love sports, with hockey and basketball being among my favourites! In my spare time, I am either listening to classic rock, at the gym, playing video games, being a Maple Leafs fan (hard life) or enjoying time with friends. I have a passion for working in live sports production, something I have been involved since I was 14. I love telling the story lines that occur in a seconds notice during a sports game. This is what I want to have as a career. In an ideal world, I will one day become a producer for Hockey Night in Canada. Though, that will certainly take time. Until I get to that point, working on a professional live sports broadcast in some capacity would be a dream come true. I will be there covering the Leafs winning the Stanley Cup! Haha just kidding...unless?
