😎 I'm Max Macalupu, a Software consultant with a decade of experience helping businesses succeed through technology. I enjoy tackling challenging projects, especially those that require creativity and innovative thinking.
🚀 As the founder of Tedregal.com, a Tech Services company, I lead a talented team of eight developers and one project manager. Together, we've successfully partnered with innovative clients like K-mper.com , a Software as a Service, cutting-edge company offering Virtual Warehouses for inventory management. Tedregal continues to provide software and cloud computing services, primarily helping Peruvian non-tech businesses streamline operations and embrace digital transformation.
🎓 My journey in tech has been complemented by formal education—I earned my MBA from Tulane University and Centrum PUCP, specializing in Entrepreneurship. I've also expanded my skill set with certifications in Digital Transformation from IE Business School and Python for Finance from Universidad de Lima.
🌎 I've had the privilege to work as a software engineering contractor with renowned U.S. companies like Mediaocean and Google, and previously contributed as a Technical Leader, Designer, and Architect at companies like Avantica/Encora, Globant, and Arkin Software.
📈 Outside my professional life, I'm an enthusiastic stock trader, always eager to explore financial markets in my free time.
👨👩👧👦 However, my favorite role by far is being the CEO of my family—partnering with my incredible wife to raise our three energetic kids (one young student and two lively toddlers). Balancing family life and professional passions keeps me grounded, motivated, and endlessly inspired.
