Outside of his professional work, Max is the founder of The Advertising Society, a Southern California–based organization dedicated to developing the next generation of talent. Through educational events, workshops, one-on-one coaching, and portfolio reviews, he helps emerging professionals navigate the ever-evolving marketing and advertising landscape.

In his free time, Max enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, boating, and traveling with his family.
