Max and Joy

Max and Joy is Greater Sudbury's home-based dog boarding, doggy daycare, dog walking, and pet sitting service.

Located at 536 Danforth Avenue in Sudbury, Ontario, Max and Joy is run by Sim (Simranjeet Singh) and Heena, who look after every dog personally.Unlike traditional kennels or large pet care facilities, Max and Joy operates from a real family home. Dogs sleep in comfortable living spaces, never in cages or kennel runs. The backyard is fully secure. Daily photo and video updates are sent to every owner, so you always know how your dog is doing.

Dog boarding is $65 per night and includes a cozy sleep space, backyard access, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Morning and evening walks can be added on. Doggy daycare is $35 for a half day or $45 for a full day and follows a structured daily routine. Dog walking starts at $22 for 30 minutes and is GPS-tracked with a photo update after every walk. Pet sitting starts from $35.Max and Joy accepts a maximum of 3 to 4 dogs at any one time. That cap is firm. It means your dog gets individual attention, a calm environment, and caregivers who actually know their name and personality. This makes Max and Joy especially well-suited for anxious dogs, reactive dogs, and dogs that do not do well in busy, loud kennel settings.

A meet and greet is required before any dog's first boarding, daycare, or pet sitting session. All dogs must be vaccinated. Max and Joy serves all of Greater Sudbury including New Sudbury, Garson, Flour Mill, Minnow Lake, South End, and Downtown Sudbury.
