Maximus Yaney is a rebel with a cause. He builds solutions from scratch, assembles awesome teams, and throws out the rules. Maximus believes that shit doesn’t get done by following yesterday’s playbook or last week’s procedures. A new era means new rules.

Maximus Yaney found success precisely because he never did the expected. After he was admitted to MIT, he dropped out and traveled to Russia to broaden his horizons. After his first company in SaaS failed, he picked up the pieces and built another, more successful one in smart technology. After running headlong into an existential crisis, Maximus decided to defer his dream no more, building a successful aerospace company from the ground up--without a degree in the field.

A seeker of solutions to global problems, Maximus understands that preconceived notions are the death of progress. When Maximus founded Titan Aerospace to build low-cost, high-altitude, solar-powered drones that could stay aloft for years and provide internet to millions, no one believed it could be done. Yet Maximus Yaney went ahead anyway, and four years after its founding, Titan not only produced viable prototypes, but ultimately sold to Google.

Today, Maximus Yaney is busy with his latest ventures--each as unconventional as those that came before. His primary focus is Kangaroo, a home security company that will make the world a safer place by bringing affordable, cutting-edge home security to the general public. After all, security and privacy are basic needs--and not just the exclusive realm of the wealthy.

Maximus has a deep passion for building things and loves to experiment, fail fast, learn and repeat.
