Greetings in the name of our risen Lord, Jesus Christ!
I was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. I graduated from Concordia Teacher’s College in Seward, Nebraska with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a minor in Physical Education in 1985. In 1996, I earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, Irvine. I have served as a teacher, coach, Athletic Director, and Principal in my 25+ years in Lutheran Education. In October, 2003, I accepted the Call to serve as an Eighth Grade Homeroom and Athletic Director at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Orange, California. I am married to Mrs. Maxwell who is a 3rd grade teacher at St. Paul's. We have two children -- Joe, a student at Kansas State, and Liz, a student at Concordia, Nebraska!
