Based in Winthrop, Massachusetts, Maxwell Mulholland has since 2014 managed a results-focused corporate consulting and advisory firm. He and his team have completed a number of projects that boosted productivity and generated increased sales. His firm's expertise is developing high impact strategies, systems, and standards, and implementing effective practices, policies, and processes that lead to increased revenues, improved service quality, and lowered costs.

Mr. Mulholland’s project engagements have included providing consulting services to a leading Boston-based international financial services company, driving “Capability-Based Strategic Planning” (CBSP) processes throughout the firm.

Maxwell Mulholland received his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, where he was Chapter President of Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society. From 1982 to 1993, while serving in the U.S. Navy, he was based in multiple locations in the U.S. and overseas as a Surface Warfare Officer and an engineering officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. An alumnus of Harvard Business School with an MBA, he has successfully implemented organizational transformation programs across many different industries and on several continents.
