Maya Dubin is an Analyst at The Consello Group, a role she started in January 2024. She graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2023. She was a coordinator for Hasty Pudding Theatricals business staff, a research assistant in Dr Ellen Langer's lab in the undergraduate psychology department, and the Treasurer of Harvard's Constitutional Law Society. Maya was also a member of the Harvard Organization for Prison Education (“HOPE”), a student-led organization that advocates for criminal justice reform and provides tutoring services to incarcerated individuals.
Maya spent the summer of 2022 interning with the National Basketball Association, working on social responsibility and player programming for both the NBA and WNBA.
In 2020, Maya completed an internship with JUST Capital, where she assisted the corporate engagement and development teams with data analysis, contact management system implementation, and proposal development. Maya has also interned with the Robin Hood Foundation, working in the office of the CEO, and as an interviewer with the Independent Project on Immigration, an organization based in Lysekil, Sweden.
From 2014 to 2019, Maya volunteered with Mount Sinai Hospital’s KidZone Program as well as the Association to Benefit Children, where she tutored elementary school children and assisted with after-school programming.
