I’m an IT Service Management professional with experience across Problem, Capacity, and Change Management at Orange Business. I manage end‑to‑end problem lifecycles, deliver RCAs, drive proactive analysis, and ensure service stability for major customers. I’ve also led onboarding, audits, reporting automation, and cross‑team coordination.
Alongside ITSM, I have a strong foundation in cloud and infrastructure, including AWS Cloud Practitioner certification, VMware virtualization, Linux administration, storage, and backup concepts. I also hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, which strengthened my research and analytical approach.
I’ve received multiple Change Maker Awards for process improvements, PowerBI automation, and developing an AI‑powered internal tool that was later integrated into a commercial product.
