Paula Maynou

Hey, I’m Paula. I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Blanquerna - Ramon Llull University, where I acquired a solid theoretical and practical foundation in various areas of psychology. Currently, I am in the process of completing a Master's Degree in Work, Organization and Human Resources Psychology at the same institution, which is allowing me to specialize in the management of people and organizations.

My professional experience includes roles in customer service and consulting at companies such as Kurz & Gut, UDON and Caffe il forno, where I developed skills to work under pressure and efficiently manage customer needs. In addition, I have worked as a caregiver for a girl with cerebral palsy and currently work as a night watchman at CPB-Mental Health Service, focusing on individualized and person-centered care. I also did an internship as a psychosocial risk prevention technician at SEPRA, where I focused on the assessment of psychosocial risks and direct intervention on both workers and the organization.

I am a responsible and adaptable professional, with an excellent ability to work both independently and as part of a team. I possess outstanding skills to interact effectively with the public and always fulfil my responsibilities efficiently.

What makes me different is my ability to combine a solid academic background with a diverse practical experience. I speak Catalan and Spanish at a native level, and English at an intermediate level, which allows me to communicate effectively in different contexts. In addition, my empathetic approach and problem-solving skills allow me to provide effective solutions and contribute to the success of the teams and organisations with which I collaborate.
