I’m Muhammad Abrar Yousaf currently working as a Tutor/Instructor at the Department of Biology, Virtual University of Pakistan, Lahore, Pakistan. Here, at present, I am part of a project focusing on the CRISPR/Cas9 mediated myostatin knock-out in chicken cells. Previously, I have worked on animal morphometrics using software-based truss network analysis; isolation and characterization of heavy metal and antibiotic-resistant bacteria; production and characterization of bacterial enzymes; and multinational surveys regarding COVID-19 pandemic. I am also interested in computational and bioinformatic analyses for protein annotation, polymorphism and drug discovery.
