Hey, it’s Maysee! Welcome to my about me page, I’m so glad you’re here - let me introduce myself!

I have held executive roles in Junior Achievement, worked as a television show producer, acted in several film projects, and even co-wrote/co-produced a short film thriller called ‘Tristis.’ I strive to bring awareness to issues around Mental Health and help to diminish the stigma the surrounds it. In 2019 I won a national video contest about Depression and have plans to continue that mission in the future.

Currently, I’m in my second year at Ryerson University, studying Media Production. I’ve learned so much already during my time here. One of my proudest and most exciting projects has been co-hosting the Power in Heels Podcast! Each week we featuring women worldwide who are trailblazers in their own life and career. We aim to inspire and motivate other young students, just like my co-host and I. Curious to hear more? After graduating from University I aspire to become a documentary filmmaker, focusing particularly on true crime. I continue to keep an open mind and am eager to accept new opportunities to help build my portfolio and experiences.
