Hi, I’m Mazen Al Zoubi

I’m a commercial real estate consultant based in Dubai, specializing in office sales, leasing and investment opportunities.

I work across Dubai’s key business districts, including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road and JLT, with a particular focus on Grade-A offices, premium office assets and off-plan commercial developments.

I work closely with high-net-worth (HNW) investors, institutional investors, business owners and corporate occupiers, helping them identify, acquire, sell and lease commercial properties across Dubai.

While offices are my primary area of expertise, I also help businesses acquire warehouses and industrial space that meet their operational and expansion requirements.

My approach is relationship-driven. I take the time to understand what each client is trying to achieve, provide clear market intelligence and identify opportunities that make sense from both a business and investment perspective.
