Mazen Mokhtar has built a 28-year career, notably as the CEO of Baitulmaal, a distinguished international humanitarian organization. He previously directed the Muslim American Society (MAS), enhancing development initiatives for American Muslim youth.

From 2013 to 2018, Mazen Moein Mokhtar led MAS, overseeing a network of chapters and initiating programs that foster community service and educational outreach.
