I'm the wife of later Minister of Finance and Economic planning Ghana.

The Board has the oversight responsibility for the implementation of the Millenium Challenge Compact programs which are funded by the Millenium Challenge Corporation of the US. The five year compact program aims to reduce poverty by raising incomes through private sector led agriculture-business development. Through the program US$ 547 million is being spent on three main projects. The agriculture project, the transportation project, and the rural services project. The program is operating in 23 Districts across Ghana.

This company was an ago-industrial complex consisting of four factory units manufacturing wheat flour, poultry and animal feed, fish meal and canned fish products. The company had a variety of product offerings from these processing units and also had warehousing facilities for leasing. It's flour, feed and fishmeal products were mainly for the Ghanaian market, but its canned fish products were all export products for the EU Market. I was initially employed as a Legal Adviser, and then was given additional responsibility for Human Resources
