Welcome!

My name is Mirella.
I am a business consultant, senior project consultant & manager and business coach in web3 related projects.

I have worked in various fields, starting in creative and cultural industries and then heading into new technologies.
My ultimate goal is to contribute to the overall improvement of society, following the 17 SDGs of the UN.
I work in blockchain based token economic projects as well as strategize governance structures for automatized systems, create user centric approaches for digital media and communication tools.

Clients are the public and NPO sector, such as the
European Commission,
UNICEF (https://www.unicef.ch/en/yoma)
and cultural/creative institutions, such as the Museum of Applied Art in Vienna, Austria.

As an active member of
LoPh, a non-profit organization, I feel dedicated to the development and implementation of ethical approaches towards normativity and justice in times of climate change, the increasing digitization of society, and significant technological, scientific, and economic shifts concomitant with Industry 4.0.

My recent focus is on the implementation of token economics into community governance and how to scale community engagement by digital reward structures for the benefit of the communtiy and its members. I am very interested in creating peer groups and community units of various businesses who are transitioning from web2 to web3.

I am following the idea of building upon creating communities to support the creation of community value. Thus I have created the term “community as a service”.
