Kelechi Mbah, the founding Managing Director of Service Desk Limited is a Business Development Strategist and a Customer Service Professional with about a decade of working experience in the Telecoms, Media and Service industry.
She has a background degree in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Clinical Chemistry and a post graduate diploma in Customer Service Management. She holds certifications in Entrepreneurial Development from the Lagos Business School, HSE competence levels 2 and 3 from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria. She is a trained Project Manager, and a Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence.

She is a Certified Mediator of the Lagos Multi Door Courthouse. An awardee of the Federal Government of Nigeria grant for viable/ innovative businesses (the Youwin Project) and the Business Strategy Leader of Service Desk Ltd. She also sits on the board of several companies.
