Kelechi Mbah, FIMC, CMC, is a dynamic C-level executive with 18+ years of experience across telecommunications, media, BPO, consulting, and technology. She currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Chairman at Signal Alliance Technology Holdings (SATH), a pan-African tech group with subsidiaries across Africa and the Middle East. The group delivers services in technology consulting, cloud, cybersecurity, business applications, and software development, and its venture arm supports startups in sectors such as retail, fintech, wellness, energy, and agriculture. Kelechi supports the Chairman’s vision by aligning operations, managing performance, and driving execution across the group.

Her career spans roles in marketing, sales, product development, and strategic growth. She is widely recognized as a growth strategist, having driven scalable business growth in West and East Africa. Her experience includes Fortune 500 firms, mid-sized African enterprises, and startups. She led go-to-market efforts for over 100 BPO startups, scaled Microsoft’s SMB cloud program, and launched a digital finance platform for the unbanked—growing its agent network by over 80% in 3 months and supporting a $3M funding round.

Kelechi is the founder of Workplace Women, a platform targeting the empowerment of one million women for workplace readiness by 2035. Through programs like HIRED (employability events), Breakfast Classroom (monthly live skills training), and Pitch-A-Fix (startup funding preparation), she has impacted over 2,000 women through job placements, business support, and professional development.

She is also certified in alternative dispute resolution and legal innovation. As an accredited mediator with the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse, she specializes in business contract resolution using restorative justice principles. She is a trained copyright scholar with credentials from Harvard Law School and NIALS.

Kelechi has received numerous awards including Top 100 Career Women in Africa (2023), Tech Trends Africa Product Expert (2022), Mandela Washington Fellow, and winner of the eNNOVATENAIJA Challenge (2015). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Her academic path began in Biomedical Sciences and evolved through executive programs at Northwestern University, Kellogg, and Lagos Business School. Kelechi is also a certified project manager and quality excellence professional. She is a mentor, public speaker, gender advocate, wife, and proud mum.
