She lived in Dubai for 12years where she enjoyed a successful corporate career & discovered self-expression through fashion. She's held titles in business support, people management & travel curation; where she earned accolades in leading a change management project, and establishing a people development program - championing the communication design, people experience & influencing a broad culture shift. Recognized for achieving outstanding customer & people experience, as well as being a top seller who contributed with impact to organization's revenue goals.
As a seasoned Business Support & People Experience professional, Mbali has worked for Standard Bank in South Africa, Emirates Airline in the United Arab Emirates and The ROOM based in Mauritius/Kenya. Quite the globalista, she's had the privilege to travel to a few countries, work in an organization that had 160 nationalities & served customers from 161 countries, strengthening her cosmopolitan interpersonal abilities & the art of adapting to customers and each organization’s needs, ensuring that every role she occupies provides a memorable experience.
Outside of work, Mbali loves travel, photography & all things lifestyle. She enjoys attending enriching social events, partaking in socio-economic redress voluntary work, and arts & craft recreational activities.
