Michael’s broad real estate practice focuses on land development with particular emphasis on commercial land acquisitions and dispositions; joint ventures and co-ownerships; condominium law; and financing involving real estate. In recent years Michael has had extensive experience with respect to the development and financing of retirement and nursing home facilities throughout the country.
