Most of my clients never planned to become managers. They started a company. And somewhere between the first hire and the fifth, the thing they are least prepared for is not the market. It is themselves.
I co-founded Red je Pakketje (acquired by Instabox) and led digital teams at Philips across multiple countries. I know what it feels like to build something from nothing and to fail at leading people you care about.
