I am a ICT Specialist and Accounting lecturer at Nkangala TVET college Witbank campus who developed a believe that student learn best when they believe that they can learn in different ways and at different rate. When the classroom and school environment supports them emotional, social, cultural and education needs. When they feel respected. When there is a positive relationship between teacher, parent, student and society and when the teachers provide explicit feedback designed to reduce the gap between a students intellectual capability.

I believe that teachers must have a believe that all student can learn but in different ways. The teacher must display enthusiasm and passion for what we teach and how we teach. Cooperating as a professional learning community intent on improving student achievement. Provide different authentic learning activities. Provide a good classroom environment where student feel valued and respected by everyone. Teacher is not the muster of knowledge.
