Be Bold, Innovate, and Take Risks!

Hello! After working for a corporation for over a decade, I decided to work as a digital media consultant, earned an MBA, and studied how to do business in other countries. It was a fascinating experience since traveling is my passion. I traveled to Dubai, India, Egypt, and other countries where I met extraordinary people and learned about their culture.

Before that, I worked for a corporation for over 13 years. The business went through a hand full of mergers and acquisitions. We had a lot of work to do: can you imagine changing company culture of thousands of employees? Brand and re-brand the company on every acquisition? That's right, my job was to transform the company: 1) from traditional to a digital advertising firm, 2) from the desktop computer to virtual desktop infrastructure services, and 3) going from hierarchy culture to collaborate flat structure.

We grew, failed in some instances, and innovated together. Velocity was its motto.

For that reason, my profession has changed in an amazing way that I could never have imagined. I went from working as a software project manager to build media campaign to various industries along with vendors and agencies. We got bigger, but also learned to work smarter each day. And my previous project management role, helped me to minimize the chaos and deliver all campaign deadlines, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and launch products on a much larger scale.

The mantra, as always, is this: customer-centric, detail-drive, and data-driven marketing.

You will find me online chatting with leaders, tweeting, and retweeting about new platforms, processes, metrics, and product launch. In today's world, your clients are curious about new marketing automation, software metrics, social site, and how to better allocate their limit advertising budget.

Innovation is critical, and I've been learning and evangelizing along with my peers the process of moving industries from Waterfall to Agile mindset. The new age leaders approve a combination of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to deliver faster results. Embrace sprint meetings with sticky notes!

I hold an MBA, and I have a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. I am fully bilingual in English and Brazilian Portuguese, and professional level of Spanish.
