Michelle

Hey There Loves!

I am a gluten free foodie, who through being diagnosed with an gluten intolerance feel in love with fitness. I am a former teacher, creator of Motivation by Michelle, kids yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, creator of an amazing team of #girlbosswarriors (Eternal Warriors), and a Beachbody coach.

During the spring of 2013, I made the decision to quit my teaching job at a private school for socially, emotionally, behaviorally disturbed students in Northern NJ and made my dream of living ‘down the shore’ a reality. Everyone around me thought I was crazy! I didn’t care what they thought, I was going to do what was right for myself and there was no stopping me!! It is also at this time I stumbled on a Craigslist ad about coaching, and while apprehensive decided to see what it was all about. After much thought, I started an online health and fitness business to help motivate and empower others through their journey to a happier, healthier, and fuller life.

I never imagined in 2 short years how my passion for helping others would transform my life and the lives of countless others. I never imagined the people I would meet, the friendships I would form and people I would be reunited with.

I am grateful for the coaching opportunity and blessed to be able to use my the gifts I was given to empower others.

I’m always looking for new friends to connect with, support & learn from. I love to learn! If you share my common interests I would LOVE to connect with you! You will see me sharing encouragement in SPIRIT, support in business growth, focus on honoring yourself, having fun with food & wine, & really highlighting how such NORMAL people can truly find their definition of SUCCESS.

I would love for you to click FOLLOW here or reach out in private message! You can always find me on Instagram, my website, or my community page as well! I’d love to support you in living a HEALTHIER and FULLER life. My heart is powered by transformations.

Anything is possible if you believe in yourself and trust the process.

“You need to take small chances every day. As this is how we learn and grow

You need to worry less about what other people think of you. We aren’t in junior high any more.

You need to invest in yourself even when no one else is. Because let’s face it, you matter and deserve it!

You need to put your heart into your work. If don’t then what’s the point in workin
