I've been fortunate enough to spend the last two and a half years working with the greatest bunch of participants as a Rehabilitation Specialist at a Horizon House group home. I've been able to help them achieve their goals and needs, including Long Term Care Medicaid, a public guardian, and independent living.

Now, on March 24, 2014, I begin my new journey as an Associate Mental Health Specialist on Team Hope with my company!
