Brief Bio on yourself: Obtained a BCA at Vic Uni in Wellington before starting as a Graduate Management trainee working on a 24hour non-stop helpdesk supporting mainframes for the four major banks in NZ. Started in the Project Management world within the Technology space in NZ Public Sector before heading over to the UK in 1999. Worked for a Web development company "WickedWeb) as Project/Account Manager and even dabbled in writing code from time to time.

Moved back to NZ in 2001 working on Global Joint Venture for EricssonSynergy NZ to build mobile internet applications as a Program/Line Manager before joining Unisys to focus on their speech centric applications development managing global Programs across France, US and NZ.

I joined Vodafone in 2004 and have held a number of roles from Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Manager of BA, Solution Design and Testing team and PM Team Manager. During the VHA Merger, I went back to Program Management, working on Brand/Scarlet Program initially before delivering the Relocation to the Ark and nationwide office relocations and refits.

Had a 3 month secondment Organisational Development team helping to design and deliver the Remarkable Coaching Conversations Program utilising my Coaching skills developed outside of work.

Today, I'm Capability and Development Manager where I provide the education and support to assist our Program and Project Managers to take their performance to the next level which managing a team 10 Project Managers which keeps me busy!

What do you love about your role: The diversity of people and activities I get to work with.

How have you grown: I've improved my adaptability even more! Bouncing between the different focus area's I have is an ongoing challenge which I'm constantly working on.

Most amazing thing you've ever done: Um heaps! Walking the Inca Trail, cycling Death Road & living, white water rafting the zambesi, acting a 16 year old with attitude in a play, anytime I'm challenging myself against the elements
