Licensed in food tecnology, at the Autonomous University of Madrid, with experience in the implementation of the quality system, HACCP.
Besides I have a large domain in the desing chromatographic matrices for purification, immobilization and stabilization of enzymes.
In the development of my practice I have done different activities, I reviewing all products, processes, equipment and personnel to ensure food quality. In addition I
In addition I do a microbiological analysis (of the raw material, hands and surfaces), and a bacteriological of food control and pests.
I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and teamwork. Besides I have positive throughout. I believe that I have large attitudes necessary for coping in an optimal way and get the most for my motivation, honesty and seriousness, as my qualification and ability to work and learning.
