Kristina McCormick

I grew up in rural Streator, Illinois, and I graduated from Streator Township High School in 2013. I am currently attending Illinois State University to study Secondary Spanish Education. I was a recipient of the Golden Apple Scholarship in 2013. While a member of the Golden Apple program, I have been assisting instructors in schools located in Chicago and St. Louis for the past three summers. I also studied abroad in the spring of 2015 in Granada,Spain, where I studied Spanish and volunteered at a local bilingual school.
