Michael Chmura

My masters degree is in Information Science with specializations in both Human Computer Interaction and School Library Media.

My work as a media specialist is about supporting and collaborating with teachers in finding the necessary resources for them to use in their lessons as well as providing students with the reinforcement they need to complete their projects. I consider a successful Media Center to be the “hub” of learning.

The areas where learning, design, and technology intersect have always held great interest to me. It is this intersection that I believe holds the greatest promise in defining a positive future. Throughout my career I have sought areas where this intersection can be explored and enhanced.
