Two months after the release of the English rock band Pink Floyd's mega album 'The Dark Side of the Moon', a writer was born. Announced to the world as Dominick K.J. McIntyre. A rambunctious child who spent most of my youth writing poetry and short stories, making up my own versions to existing song texts and rebelling against any form of authority. It wasn't until I met the love of my life in 1991 at the tender age of 18, that my spirit was calmed and the rage against the world subsided. My, up to that point dark work experienced a transformation to lighter, happier poems and stories with happy endings. But my work has always remained my own. Never printed, never shared and never read. Now, 40 years of age and father of two beautiful children, I have experienced all colors of life's pallet. My current work has it all. Dark poetry, happy fairytales, sad sad love stories, happy ever after tales and everything in between. I feel it's time to share my work and I have started re-writing all of my old scribbling. Bundles of poetry, both sad and happy, un-edited manuscripts and completed novels lay dormant in my mind, awaiting their turn to escape the confinements of their creator's imagination. I am now slowly allowing my characters and their tales to escape into the wide world. Expect to see lots of publications in the very short future.
