McKensie Bayer is an Agent at Keller Williams located in Salt Lake City. She is the lead buyer specialist on the Joshua Stern Team, a full service real estate team that has helped clients sell and purchase over “500” properties as of 2010.

The Joshua Stern Team motto is “clients don’t care how much we know, until they know how much we care.” Her philosophy is built on dedication, hard work, and consistent communication. Buying a new home is one of the most significant decisions and important investments someone can make. It is emotional…it is stressful…and it is important. McKensie believes that it is her job to make this experience as smooth and exciting as possible. She strives to find the perfect “house” for her clients to make a “home” in.

When McKensie is not focused on the needs of her clients and the demands of building her business, you’ll find her soaking up the sunshine on a one of the amazing reservoirs in Utah, running, or patronizing a local boutique. She welcomes the fall and cool weather months only for the purpose of football and supporting the University of Utah Utes. McKensie is also a dedicated student, inspired by education and the idea of continually learning and growing. She recently completed her Masters of Business Administration.

At home, McKensie enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, of 7 years, and her son Benjamin. McKensie is an enthusiast of all arts and loves being involved in the community. She is a self proclaimed “foodie” and loves cooking and entertaining.
