McKenzie Phelan has traveled the world researching artisanal food and beverages. She currently calls Portland, OR her home but is in the habit of making homes wherever her appetite and research takes her. She speaks English, French and Spanish. McKenzie has written several grants, presented her work at conferences and edited her first book, Polyglot, in spring of 2013.
