Over the past 7 years working in customer service and employee training, and in addition to my education, I've developed the ability to effectively engage and lead others. I love working with people, and thrive in environments where I'm free to use my problem-solving skills to their utmost effectiveness. Most of all however, I excel in my capacity to truly engage people in whatever environment I'm in!
