Ralph McLaren

Glasgow, United Kingdom

I am 38 and am from Glasgow, I have lived in England since i was 11 but have never lost my accent although it may have softened slightly. My parents were publicans, so I was brought up in the pub trade and this gives me the ability to converse with anyone, I studied Acting and have appeared in many plays and a few films over the years, I still hold onto the dream of one day getting my big break but for the moment i am a family man and I enjoy writing stories and poems , spending time with my wife and kids and doing Karate or playing snooker or golf. I enjoy most sports.

I have done many things over the years and they all add to me, I have been a barman, A travel consutant, Insurance Claims consultant, Claims Manager, an Assistant Store Manager a Personall Injury Claims Manager, a Support worker in a Childrens Home and a Door to Door Salesman. In all of these positions my best tool has always been my ability to adapt and to get on with all types of people. I am constantly learning and like to think I have a good sense of humour.

My ideal role would be one where I can interact with the public ,either on the phone or face to face , where I can use the skills that I have learned over the years to my advantage and to the advantage of my employer. Where I can achieve my potential and progress my abilities further,
