I'm a third-year Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Mathematics and Life sciences. I'm on a mission to change how young people experience math. I believe every learner can succeed in the subject, and my mission is to reshape how learners perceive Mathematics moving it from a subject of fear to one of fascination and possibility.
Currently, I work as a Grade 8 online Mathematics tutor at EBTA Academy, where I help learners transition confidently into high school and build a strong mathematical foundation a role that earned me the Top Rising Star Tutor award for Term 1.
Beyond the classroom, when I'm not teaching or studying, you'll find me on the soccer field, and I have a deep love for public speaking. I aspire to be a lifelong learner who inspires others. My long goal is to become a professor in Mathematics who continues to challenge all stereotypes around the subject.
