Timothy McNamara, fondly called Tim, has more than 15 years of experience in leadership positions and an extensive consulting background working with global clients in financial services, marketing and channel sales. He is highly regarded for churning profits in start up business ventures and their growth. His business insight into leveraging available resources, technology and processes enabled him to identify risks in time and mitigate losses.

Prior to finding his own company Clearview Divorce, the first online divorce platform of its kind, Tim held several leadership positions including those at Morgan Stanley, Wachovia Securities, UBS, Charles Schwab and New England Divorce Solutions. As a Senior VP at Morgan Stanley, Tim produced more than $2.2 million in revenue comprised of 90% fee-based recurring revenue and grew assets from $10M to $225M in five years.
